CAMPING TOURS
Camping in Namibia showcase the best that the country has to offer, bringing you very close to nature & especially to experience the Namibian night sky in the evenings around the campfire. We only use well establish campsites on our all our tours. On our camping safaris, Mabaruli supplies all camping equipment which includes tents, mattresses, chairs, tables, hand-wash stands, gas lamps for dining area, cooking & eating utensils. Our tents are 2-man dome tents high enough to stand with headroom inside; the tents also have built-in ground sheets and zip-up insect screens. High density, custom made 5cm thick, foam sleeping mattresses which is very comfortable is also supplied on camping safaris. Sleeping bags & pillows can also be added on request.
MEALS ON TOUR
Our staff is well trained to cook a great camping meal – which are usually praised that it’s much better than the lodge’s meals. All meals are nutritiously cooked & prepared on open fire by your tour guide or camp assistant, whom pride themselves in catering for variety tastes & dietary requirements. Hygiene is very important when it comes to cooking & camping
ACCOMMODATED TOURS
All accommodation we use on our Lodge Safaris are that of good quality accommodation. Namibia has a good infrastructure & generally good accommodation service standards throughout our tours; we stay in comfortable lodges, Guestfarm or hotels.
